The custom branded wellness programs available to your clients are NOT "one size fits all" programs, rather they offer a robust self paced online educational course that focuses on lifestyle, behavior, and diet.

Also included in the programs are individualized and custom designed protocols that address specific needs based on specialty testing as well as a comprehensive health intake. The supplement recommendations are also individualized and the entire program progress is mentored and monitored one-on-one by a certified functional medicine doctor.

You won't have to obtain functional medicine certifications, practice functional medicine, or hire a functional medicine doctor but you can still offer functional medicine in your business!

The program is designed to be very flexible. Naming your program, matching the organizations brand for colors and logos, adding or removing educational modules, customizing videos, and tailoring the experience to align with unique ideas and strategies are all options to creating the perfect programs that align with a particular business model.

So what's behind the scenes within the base programs?   Laboratory account access, Software management, Expert test interpretation and collaboration with medical education specialists, Client journal and intake reviews, Client needs management, Program creation/maintenance/and the rights to sell it, Software fees.

All this means you don't have to pay a functional medicine doctor salary, go back to school to learn functional medicine, or create your own programs.  This also means that you can spotlight your business with your own functional medicine offerings and get paid to help clients! 

We offer a comprehensive on-boarding experience easily processed in an onboarding portal, access to marketing materials, and ongoing maintenance and client assistance within the program.

Our goal is to empower providers to effectively promote and implement the selected wellness programs to their clients seamlessly so they can focus on their strengths and doing what they do best, all while bringing in steady streams of income AND offering functional medicine to their current business model.

The program is designed to complement various services that your business offers that are intended to enhance the goals of the program. Whether you're a healthcare practitioner, fitness trainer, chiropractor, acupuncturist, or physical therapist, the selected wellness programs will seamlessly enhance your current service offerings and spotlights functional medicine and wellness niching your business in a competitive market. Bundling the services in to the program also nurtures an ongoing care relationship with clients even after the program is over.

Providers receive a broad range of marketing materials, including promotional and reactivation emails, customized social media content, QR codes, branded banners, fliers, and graphics templates, and customizable client resources. Doctor led talks, virtual and live, are also available. These materials are designed to promote the program's value and offerings without having to hire a marketing expert. It's all included in the onboarding fee! Bi-weekly social media posting can be done for you as an upgrade.

The initial onboarding fee covers access to the foundational programs and the customized onboarding process (described above on this page). Optional add-ons such as personalized videos that we edit for you and "done for you" bi-weekly social media posting, are all additional. All options are communicated transparently and up front before the investment is made and the onboarding process begins. The upgrades are offered at a price that beats the current market rates that you won't find anywhere else. After the onboarding, there is a $297 monthly maintenance fee.

You will have an experienced and board certified functional medicine doctor handling any potential health related concerns and/or client complexities within each program and a built in marketing expert handling the onboarding, course flow, social posting, and email workflows. These are well trained human beings, not robots:). This program is designed to make you a stream of income and help your clients get better all while offering a functional medicine niche to your current business model that will outshine your local competition.

Once your business in onboarded and your wellness programs are customized, we ask that you stick with us for 3 months to gain traction. After the 3 month contract, we work on a month to month basis. You can sell as many programs as you wish or cancel at any time.

Once the onboarding process is completed, you will receive 100% of the cost for each base program sold PLUS all fees for services that are bundled in the program, but not including the test fees which go to the appropriate lab. These funds are directly deposited to your businesses Stripe account.

Here's an example:

Let's say you are selling a branded program that includes a certain set of services for a total of $2500 (example)

$2500 program investment is broken down like this:

+$1100 is for the base program. You receive 100% of this!!

+$900 of your business services are bundled in to the program.  You receive 100% of this!! 

-$500 is for specialty testing. The testing lab receives 100% of this

Base program + services - testing fee = $2000

You will then receive $2000 directly deposited in to your connected and secure Stripe account for selling that ONE program. Yes, you read that correctly:)

How does the doctor get paid?

There is an ongoing monthly program maintenance fee of $297/month PLUS monthly doctor fees depending on how many programs are sold.

Let's use the $2500 program example:

1-5 Programs sold in a given month, a flat $2000 doctor's payment is required. (up to $10,000 in program sales)

6-10 Programs sold in a given month, a flat $4000 doctor's payment is required. (up to $20,000 in program sales)

11-15 Programs sold in a given month, a flat $8000 doctor's payment is required. (up to $30,000 in program sales)

> 16 Programs sold in a given month, a flat $10,000 doctors payment is required. (over $40,000 in program sales)

What this means:

In one month, you sell 5 programs (priced at $2500 in example above). You receive $10,000

Since you sold within the 1-5 program sales bracket, you pay out a flat doctor fee of only $2000

$2000 doctor fee + $297 maintenance fee = - $2297

You receive $7,705 for selling only 5 programs or $29,703 for selling 16 programs!

What do you have to do besides sell the programs? NOTHING!!

As a side note: All services are priced at full value, no discounts or package rates! The client agrees to a "no refund on services" policy when signing up for the program. This means you get paid for the services whether the client renders them or not (unless you authorize it:)
